Hi, I’m Old Mike
I’m Old Mike—an 82-year-old pastor, husband, caregiver, veteran, and YouTube creator.
I started my YouTube channel at 80, not because I had mastered technology or had everything figured out, but because I still had something to say and something to contribute. Within nine weeks, the channel was monetized, and it has since connected me with thousands of people who are discovering that life does not stop when we grow older.
Old Me Living Better exists to encourage people at any age to keep creating, learning, serving, and living with purpose.
Why I Keep Going
Purpose does not have an expiration date.
I believe growing older does not mean becoming irrelevant. It means carrying forward the wisdom, experience, and stories that only time can give us.
My work on YouTube, in ministry, and in the community all comes from the same conviction: we still have something to offer, someone to encourage, and work left to do.
